英語中形容詞的最高階前一定要加定冠詞the，不過如果該形容詞最高階前已經有了限定詞，比如說my、this、jim's等這類詞時，就要省略the。
另外，副詞的最高階前有無the都可以，而且不用the的情況還多一些。比如：li ming works hardest in our class.
你的提問中應該是we are the best. best grl前也要加the，因為是形容詞的比較級。
